These projects were for various assignments in my SEQA 277, coloring for comics class. Seeing as all inks are provided by SCAD and stand alone pages, I decided they would work best compiled here.
All of these assignments required the use of CYMK color, and banned the use of the K value to focus on the use of color for shadows and tone. Speed and efficiency were also prioritized, with the spiderman page being given a time limit of 3 hours to complete. Each page proved its own challenge and had its own hurdles, but I am very pleased with the improvements these assignments gave me and my understanding of the colorist workflow.
